Pregnant and needing some 1-1 antenatal support?
I understand what it is like when you are pregnant and how it can feel quite overwhelming, with lots of conflicting information out there. I understand how sometimes, you just want someone to listen to how you are feeling and not judge you. I understand that sometimes you might go to your antenatal midwife appointment, with a list of questions, but come away without any of them being answered or you receive the answers you didn't want to hear. You need a virtual Doula who can help!

Why not book an online, 1-1, power hour with me? I'm an experienced Doula, Antenatal Teacher and certified Hypnobirthing Instructor. In that hour, we can discuss any of your worries or concerns, I can signpost you to helpful information, to help you to make informed decisions. I can listen without judgement and even help you to make a birth plan, if that's what you'd like. Alternatively, you might like to just learn some useful breathing techniques, to help you to feel calm, relax and connect with your baby. Relaxation in pregnancy is so beneficial and the more you practice, the more comfortable your labour can be.
What is an antenatal power hour?
This 60 minute session, online, via video call will help you to feel more confident and prepared for your birth. You will be able to make your own informed decisions, that feel right for you and your baby and go into your birth feeling in control. Most NHS antenatal appointments last around 10 minutes, which is often no where near long enough and very often the midwife only gets to do the clinical tasks. What about the emotional support? That's where I come in. Your virtual antenatal Doula. Book an appointment, for your power hour, to help you to have a powerful birth! As an expert in my field, I will be able to give you the 1-1 support that you require.
